    Taste was good but it had a gritty/sandy texture. I ended up not eating it due to the texture and threw out the containers I bought.

    Sorry, I was disappointed. I really expected the cheese to be loaded with calcium lactate crystals. I knew it was not quite right when it sliced, rather than crumbled. Flavor is good, just not what I was looking for.

    Initially, the cheese was great. I enjoyed a small bite here and there. But, last night I loaded up my potato and the sheer power of this cheese made me hork up my entire meal. My advice, don’t eat too much at a time.

    I can get MUCH better cheddar, locally. River Rat to be specific. Unimprssed. Disappointed. Sorry. Expected more.
