If for any reason, you or the recipient are not fully satisfied with your order, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, or hop on the chat within 48 hours of receipt, and we will promptly refund your money, re-ship/replace your order, or make other arrangements. We are available to take your call or “chat” between the hours of 9 – 4 pm CST, Monday through Friday. If reaching out after hours or over the weekend, please leave a voicemail and a team member will contact you as soon as possible.
If you believe that your order was damaged during transport, please take a photo of the original packaging (including the box the order was shipped in) so we may follow up with our shipper if needed.
