Summer temperatures are in full swing!
Summer shipping schedule (from June – September)
If you are shipping perishable items to Zones 4 or 5, your package must be shipped via UPS 2-Day Air or Next Day Air. If you are ordering only popcorn or all non-perishable items, we recommend UPS ground. Please see below for more details on shipping zones, recommendations and transit times.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
ZONE 1
Ground shipping recommended year-round with transit times of 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1:30 PM CST on Thursdays will ship at the discretion of management and may be held until the following Monday.
ZONES 2 & 3
Ground shipping recommended year-round with transit times of 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 1:30 PM CST on Wednesday will ship at the discretion of management and may be held until the following Monday.
Zones 4 & 5
2-Day Air is highly recommended, and mandatory in the summer months, for perishable items from June 1 through September 30. Orders placed after 1:30 PM. CST on Wednesday will ship at the discretion of management and may be held until the following Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
**All zones have the option of expedited shipping for an additional charge
***We recommend standard ground shipping for all popcorn only or non-perishable orders.
Packaged with care
All perishable items are shipped in insulated coolers with varying levels of ice depending on your location. Upon arrival the ice packs may have melted during transit but should still be cool to the touch.
If perishable items are noticeably warm upon arrival, please reach out within 48 hours at weheardyou@thebigcheese.com or hello@thebigcheese.com for a replacement or refund.

We guarantee all of our products. If for any reason, you or the recipient are not fully satisfied with your order, e-mail us at weherdyou@thebigcheese.com or hello@thebigcheese.com, or hop on the chat within 48 hours of receipt, and we will promptly refund your money, re-ship/replace your order, or make other arrangements.
